Nursing Home Transition

All centers for independent living (CILs) provide nursing home transition. Blue Ridge Independent Living Center (BRILC) staff assist individuals with disabilities to transition out of nursing homes and other institutions back into the community.

Youth Transition

Youth Transition services are provided by all centers for independent living (CILs). Blue Ridge Independent Living Center (BRILC) staff collaborate with school systems and other agencies to assist students with disabilities to transition from middle school to high school and post-graduate opportunities.
